Our property remains closed due to the inaction and unwillingness of AXA Thailand to settle the insurance compensation to which we are legally entitled under our insurance contract.
Despite our repeated requests and submission of all required documentation, AXA Thailand has failed to fulfill its contractual obligations, resulting in prolonged business disruption and significant financial losses.
