Thank you guys so much for all the message and emails! Many have asked how PaulyBee's American Burger began? And why in Bangkok? The Story:

Well I came out to Bangkok Thailand on vacation like so many. Instantly I loved the place and felt more at home then various other countries I have visited. Being an avid motorcycle rider lol (those that know me, those that don't, search Las Vegas Extremes) i

t's natural for me to seek out the local riders. Only in Bangkok most of the local riders ride small bikes like the Kawasaki KSR and scooters. The local group I ran across Thailand Stunt Rider were extremely talented on their little bikes! And when they asked me if id like to try, you would think id do well, but no i was terrible lol so i decided i wanted to stay and train with them. My goal, to become as good as them on their bikes! Then I met this girl Bee who was bar tending at the time. As a tourist I was only spending money, at some point i would run out and have to return home. I calculated that at my rate of spending in 6 months I would be broke. So i decided to risk it all and try and make some money which if successful could buy me the option of staying longer, but if unsuccessful would likely send me home much sooner! Bee and I spoke about opening a food cart together many times, but it wasn't until our trip to Malaysia to renew my visa that we ran across and ate at a burger cart. From there it became clear that it was an American Burger that we were gonna bring to the Khaosan Rd area. And PaulyBee's American Burger was born. Previously I had not been able to find a burger that I would return for. We mix our own meat and special sauce, and patties are made fresh daily. Many of our ingredients are imported keeping our American Burgers as authentic as can be, and everyone certainly seems to be enjoying them! I really don't consider myself a 'burger guy' but i am enjoying myself and we hope you stop by and try one for yourself! Meeting people from all over the world that come and share stories while enjoying our Burgers has been an absolute pleasure! Thank you all so much! We are located in the middle of Rambuttri Rd parallel to Khaosan Rd. Beef, Pork, Chicken, Fish, and Vegi
