Our guests’ reviews and feedback are truly our inspiration to continuously improve and develop our accommodation.

About 90% of our rooms are available for monthly rentals, while only around 10% are offered for short-term stays. Whenever we have a room available for just 1–2 weeks in a particular month, we open it for booking through Agoda and Airbnb. Therefore, short-term availability is quite limited and doesn’t happen very often.

We sincerely apologize to our weekly-stay guests that, at the moment, we only have one room available for weekly bookings. However, we are planning to expand and add more rooms and locations in the near future.

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to clarify our booking policy.

A reservation is considered confirmed only when the required payment has been received, which includes the rental payment and the security deposit. In some cases, if a guest prefers to pay only the security deposit first and settle the rental payment before check-in, that arrangement is also acceptable.

Until a security deposit or booking payment has been received, we reserve the right to continue advertising the property and accepting inquiries through our page and other platforms. However, any subsequent interested guests will be placed in line behind the first guest and will only be considered if the initial guest does not fulfill the agreed booking conditions within the specified timeframe.

Once a reservation has been completed according to these terms, we will immediately post a booking closure announcement on our page to inform everyone that our accommodation is fully booked for that month.
