ประกาศชี้แจงค่ะ
ห้องพักหมายเลข 6 ครบสัญญาเช่า 1 ปี และได้คืนห้องเมื่อวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2568
จากการตรวจสอบ พบความเสียหายรวมมูลค่าเกิน 10,000 บาท แต่ตึกได้เรียกเก็บเพียง 1,500 บาท ตามวงเงินประกัน ทั้งนี้ลูกบ้าน ไม่ยอมรับเงินประกันคืน ที่เหลือ ห้อง6 สามารถติดรับเงินประกันได้ที่Front desk เวลา10.00-20.00 น.
ตึกได้ดำเนินการปรับปรุงเรียบร้อย และส่งมอบห้องใหม่เมื่อวันที่ 11 กันยายน 2568 ✅
Official Notice
Room No. 6 completed its 1-year lease and was returned on August 31, 2025.
Upon inspection, actual damages exceeded 10,000 THB, yet only 1,500 THB was charged in accordance with the deposit. However, the tenant refused to accept the deposit refund.
The pervoius tanent can come to pick up the deposit left at front desk during 10.00 -20.00.
Renovation has been completed, and the new room was officially handed over on September 11, 2025 ✅
