1️⃣ Open season: The islands welcome tourists from mid‑October to mid-May. They’re closed during the monsoon (June–September) to protect nature.

2️⃣ World‑class beaches: The Similan Islands are in the top 10 best beaches in the world - crystal‑clear water and soft white sand make them a paradise for beach lovers.

3️⃣ Underwater wonderland: The reefs around the islands are home to over 200 species of fish! Even a quick snorkel can turn into an adventure with turtles, clownfish, and colourful corals

4️⃣ Name with a story: “Similan” comes from the Malay word “sembilan” which means “nine”! Originally, the archipelago had nine islands. Later, two more (Koh Bon and Koh Tachai) were added, bringing the total to eleven.
