MALEE BEACH SAI NAAM IS LOOKING FOR A NEW TECHNICAL MANAGER

Service-oriented Technical Manager Wanted by Malee Seaview Sai Naam Resi- dence, Koh Lanta.

You will report directly to our General Manager. You should have experience as a leader and a good knowledge of working in Thailand. English is a requirement . Knowledge and experience in construction, electric installations, pool systems, water supply and wastewater, is important.

Malee Beach Sai Naam Residence, Koh Lanta is an attractive area along Long Beach, with about 70 privately owned residences, including 45 villas, 5 town- houses and 20 apartments, mostly owned by Swedes but also other nationalities. Each villa has its own pool, at the apartment house there is a large communal pool. In the area there is a small restaurant. Many of the homes are rented out for part of the year, if so through external agents.

We have our own pool service, garden service, housekeeping, security services, maintenance of own installations, such as its own water supply systems. In the area are employed about 25 people.
