Subject: Complaint Regarding Theft of 50,000 INR from Checked Luggage - PNR HB7Z9H
Dear IndiGo,
I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding the theft of 50,000 Indian Rupees from my checked-in luggage during my flight from Dhaka to Kolkata on October 5th 2025.
My PNR is PNR: HB7Z9H, Flight 6E1106. Upon my return to Dhaka yesterday, I confirmed the money, which I had packed, was missing. The cash was stolen from my bag after it was opened in my absence during the baggage handling process. I believe this occurred while my luggage was under the control of IndiGo/airport personnel at Dhaka International Airport.
This is a significant financial loss and a grave security breach. I request an immediate and thorough investigation into this matter, including a review of any CCTV footage from the baggage handling area. I expect full cooperation and a prompt resolution, including compensation for my stolen money.
