At the moment it is very hot in Thailand with record temperatures of over 40 degrees. That's why we would like to share our tips for cooling down with you again today:

🌡 wear light and loose cotton or linen clothing in light colors. And don't forget the hat!
🌡 Ice cream ice cream baby! Popsicles, iced coffee and iced tea provide short-term refreshment. Coconut water also has an invigorating effect, preferably straight from a chilled coconut. In any case, you should make sure you have enough liquid!
🌡 If possible, take a cool bath or shower several times a day.
🌡 Move excursions and sporting activities to the morning and evening hours and plan time on the beach in between.
🌡 You can cool down in shopping malls, in almost every 7-Eleven and especially in the cinema. For the latter you should even pack a jacket, because you can get cold.
🌡 Mangosteen is delicious and has a cooling effect on the body. Therefore, you should eat them after tasting durian. Because durian is said to warm the body.
🌡 After showering, apply Thai Prickly Heat Powder, a cooling powder that has a cooling effect and prevents skin irritation and itching.
