Gala Dinner of Global Design Forum Istanbul at the Archeology Museum, 13 th of May 2026. The phrase of ONE FOR THE BOOKS has a total different meaning for us now. It was only few years ago when we had the first chance to set up a small food installation in this magical garden for a big exhibiton opening and since then it was a wild dream of ours to serve a full sit down dinner with a proper set design at the Archeology Museum. This dream did finally come true and it was one for the books. We would like to thank for this great opportunity, our chefs for preparing the most sublime menu created with ‘s guidance through smells & stories, for crafting a perfectly paired beverage list with providing for it, and for the flawless kitchen and service flow, for the wonderful photos and to all our guests for joining us at this unforgettable evening.

WE ARE BACK AFTER 3 YEARS IN OUR FAVOURITE CITY DOING WHAT WE LOVE THE MOST, FEEDING YOU 🌹 Just like our last trip we will give you the taste of both worlds starting with ‘s annual NYC gathering, serving you the best food you can imagine at party -mostly Turkish specialties and moving along the week after with our usual sit down dinner set up with our guest chef who will spoil you with her all time killers at a crazy spot arranged just for the occasion! We called this dream Murmures and Murmures was beyond anything we could ever dream of! Cheers to for providing the most beautiful space, our chef and kitchen warriors for the most delicious food, for serving the sexiest cocktails, for selecting the best list of wines we could ask for, leading the front of house and all the chaos and to you our dear guests for showing up, enjoying this beauty created and making this dream possible! Time flies and we all bounce with it. Can’t believe its been 6 months since we had the opportunity to open our world to , giving our first all in german interview to our dear friend and sharing some of our favourite recipes in german as well 🫠 Fantastic photos taken by the talented in Müge B’s soon to be old Cihangir flat with Osman Efendi flying on the background !
