【台中李方艾美酒店攜手心路基金會青年探索旅宿職場】
台中李方艾美酒店攜手心路基金會舉辦「職場體驗工作坊」，
邀請心路青年走進飯店，從認識旅宿產業開始，一步步感受五星級飯店的日常與服務細節。
活動當天，酒店團隊介紹飯店特色及旅宿產業工作內容，並帶領心路青年走訪飯店不同空間，從大廳、健身房，到位於24樓的高空景觀泳池及總統套房，讓心路青年親身感受五星級飯店的服務環境，也進一步了解一間飯店從住宿、休閒設施到房務服務，各個環節背後皆需要不同專業共同合作，才能為旅客創造完整的住宿體驗。
除了參觀飯店，心路青年們也在房務團隊的帶領下，親手體驗「毛巾天鵝」摺製。
從摺疊、塑形到完成作品，看似簡單的每一個步驟，都需要細心、專注與耐心。
一條毛巾，不只變成了一隻天鵝，也讓大家從實際操作中，看見房務工作對細節與品質的堅持。
我們相信，每一次走進真實職場的體驗，都是認識自己與探索未來的一次機會。

Le Méridien Taichung, in partnership with the Syin-Lu Social Welfare Foundation, hosted a "Workplace Experience Workshop," inviting Syin-Lu Youth to step inside the hotel and experience the daily routines and service details of a five-star hotel, starting with understanding the accommodation industry.
On the day of the event, the hotel team introduced the hotel's features and the work involved in the accommodation industry, and led the Syin-Lu Youth on a tour of different spaces within the hotel, from the lobby and gym to the rooftop swimming pool on the 24th floor and the presidential suite. This allowed the Syin-Lu Youth to personally experience the service environment of a five-star hotel and gain a deeper understanding of how different professionals collaborate to create a complete accommodation experience for guests, from accommodation and leisure facilities to housekeeping services.
In addition to the hotel tour, the Syin-Lu Youth also participated in a hands-on experience making "towel swans" under the guidance of the housekeeping team.
From folding and shaping to completing the artwork, each seemingly simple step requires meticulousness, focus, and patience.
A towel was transformed into a swan, allowing everyone to witness firsthand the commitment to detail and quality in housekeeping work.

Le Méridien Taichung hopes that through more exchanges and practical actions, people with different qualities and abilities will have the opportunity to be seen, find a suitable stage for themselves, and work together to create a more friendly and inclusive workplace environment.
