I’ve been having a lot of conversations lately about what it really looks like to own something back home—not just sending money, but building something tangible, secure, and long-term.
So I want to share something I’m starting.
I’ve secured land near Jinja, close to the River Nile—an area that’s quietly growing in value as more people look for lifestyle spaces, retreats, and investment opportunities outside the city. The idea is simple: a small, curated development (not mass, not crowded), where a few people can own titled plots and, if they want, build eco-style homes for personal use or rental.
I’m opening a very limited first phase—just a handful of plots—to test the concept with the right kind of buyers: people who are thinking long-term, want transparency, and are serious about investing back home in a structured way.
This isn’t a hard sell. I’m more interested in connecting with people here who:
Have thought about owning land or building back home
Are curious about investment opportunities beyond just sending money
Want something smaller, more intentional, and actually manageable
If that’s you, feel free to comment or DM me. Happy to share more details, numbers, and how it would work.
Let’s move from conversation to ownership.
