Tonight’s menu was all about fresh, homemade flavours:

🥣 Starter: Sweet potato soup with homemade croutons.

🐟 Main: Fresh fish caught that morning from our closest local village, served in lemon & garlic sauce with fresh fries and roasted vegetables.

🍍 Dessert: Homemade pineapple pie with creamy homemade custard.

Good food, local ingredients and the sounds of the wildlife around us — a perfect way to end the day. ❤️

At Tangi Elephant Camp, our bush dinners are all about good food, a beautiful setting and enjoying the evening surrounded by nature. As the sun goes down , we bring out a delicious dinner and let the sounds of the wilderness become part of the experience.

🍽️ Another amazing evening of dining at Tangi Elephant Camp! 🌿✨

Tonight’s delicious three-course dinner was made to impress:

🥣 Starter: Creamy pumpkin soup served with warm, homemade bread rolls.

🍖 Main: Sticky, tender pork ribs served with golden roasted potato wedges and delicious fried vegetables.

🍌 Dessert: Homemade banana cake with creamy custard and our irresistible homemade honeycomb. 🍯

From the incredible flavours to the beautiful setting, dinner at Tangi is always something special. 🌅🐘
