Ever wonder what goes into lighting an event? It all starts with a cart full of lights in our shop.

A few hours later, the whole room is transformed. That’s the magic of uplighting.

Planning a wedding, gala, or company event? Send us a message and let’s talk about what we can do for your space!

Same room, completely different mood. 🎉

A little color goes a long way! Uplighting alone can turn a plain event space into something that actually feels like a party. Swipe through to see the before and after!

It's a small detail, but it makes a huge difference in how a space feels. If you're planning an event and want it to have that extra "wow" factor, lighting is one of the easiest ways to get there. 💡

Ever wonder who's actually running things behind the scenes at your event? This week we wanted to introduce a couple of the guys who make it happen.

At last month's women's conference, our role went beyond lighting design. We collaborated with Talyn of Triumphant Media, who ran the live stream, operated the cameras, and worked the video switcher to keep everything flowing smoothly for attendees watching online. Our team member Andrew took care of the mics and audio console, making sure every speaker came through clear.

Having a team this capable means our clients get one point of contact and a seamless experience, no matter how big the vision.

If you're planning an event and want a team that can handle the details from lighting to full production, reach out and let's talk about what we can build together.

If you’re a business owner in Amarillo, Business After Hours is worth checking out. It’s a monthly event through the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce where local business owners get together to network and connect in a relaxed setting.

We had the chance to provide lighting and sound for one of these back in July, and it’s one of our favorite kinds of events to work. There’s something fun about taking a space that’s usually all business and giving it a completely different feel for the night. A little color in the lighting, the right sound throughout the room, and suddenly it feels more like a mixer than a meeting. That shift is really what we love creating, whether it’s for something like this or a private event.

The next Business After Hours is September 10th at Amarillo National Bank. Visit the Amarillo Chamber website for more details: https://www.amarillo-chamber.org/

Meet the gear that makes your event glow. 💡

This is a peek behind the curtain at Salted Light — our Chauvet Professional WELL POD 2 lighting fixtures, packed and ready to roll to the next venue. Each fixture can run fully wireless on battery for up to 18 hours, giving us the flexibility to light any space, indoors or out, without a maze of cables.

Every one of these gets checked, tested, and dialed in before it ever reaches your event, whether that means warm, cozy tones for a winter wedding or crisp, bright lighting for a corporate stage.

Got an event coming up and want lighting that sets the mood? We’d love to help.

It’s not too early, promise. 🎄

We know it feels early to be thinking about Christmas, but corporate holiday events and winter weddings are exactly the kind of bookings that fill up months in advance. Lighting is a great way to set the tone for your space and transform a room for the season, and the best dates go first.

We offer many other services too, and we’d love to talk with you about making your event even better.

Whether you’re organizing a holiday party for your team, a client appreciation event, or a winter wedding that deserves great lighting and production, now’s the time to reach out and lock in your date.

Send us a message and let’s start planning your event.

Another conference in the books! 🎥

This past weekend we had the privilege of handling full production for a local women’s conference with cameras, video switching, live stream, and audio for the room and stage.

From multi-camera coverage to a dialed in switcher station running the live stream, to sound that kept every speaker sounding sharp.

Planning a corporate event or conference? We handle it all: live streaming, professional audio, and full AV production, so you can focus on your content and we’ll handle the tech.

📩 Let’s talk about your next event.

We love great lighting, but great sound is what you need to interact with your guests and encourage conversation.

This pendant distributed speaker system keeps audio exactly where it belongs. Clear, consistent, and right on top of your guests. No muddy echo. No feedback. Just clean sound that makes every conversation, toast, and moment easy to hear.

Because the best events don’t just look good, they sound incredible too.

Wireless and ready to go. Cleanliness in all of our setup is a high priority. Guests should not notice the equipment, the results shape the environment and make it unforgettable.

We were stoked to participate in at Palace Coffees 15-year celebration at Sad Monkey Mercantile last month. Palace sets a fantastic example for local businesses dedicated to giving back to the community. 🖤 We contributed up-lights to create a tailored atmosphere, a cozy glow, and adapt the mood throughout the night - from sophisticated to lively.
