The Blue Arbor

09/22/2026

Take the full walk-through before you book.

Four bedrooms, two full baths, a kitchen built for a full house, and a parking lot with actual room in it — here's what you're walking into at The Blue Arbor. We're close enough to Kerrytown and downtown Main Street to walk over for coffee, and close enough to the hospital that families in town for appointments don't have to think twice about the commute.

Big Ten play kicks off this weekend with Iowa at the Big House, but honestly, this house works just as well on a quiet October Tuesday.

Guests keep telling us the same thing: it's the location.

The Blue Arbor puts you a short walk from Kerrytown Market and downtown Main Street — coffee, breakfast, or just wandering the stalls, all without getting in the car.

Kickoff is Saturday, and the Blue Arbor is ready before you are.

The Blue Arbor sits at 735 N Main — four bedrooms, two full baths, and a parking lot with real room to work with. Pull in, unload, and set up right there. We keep tailgate supplies on site too, so you're not hauling half your garage up I-94.

Four home games at the Big House this September. Might as well have a home base that's built for it.

Dates are moving fast for September Saturdays — link in bio to see what's open.
