Look at how far we’ve come!
2 years ago it was just us, eagerly awaiting the arrival of our first residents. We were still developing but had a dream of a full community. This summer we achieved that and couldn’t be more grateful for everyone who has helped make this dream a reality. Thank you to our first residents for believing in us and everyone else along the way that knew Sweetwater would be the perfect home for their home.

Laundry shed painting/ decorating is complete. We are excited to welcome our last 3 residents later this week!

We are always working on a project here at Sweetwater. Some updates and pictures- put some pea gravel around the gazebo and added a pathway, harvested some veggies from the garden, and working on some finishing touches for the laundry room!
