It’s our wedding anniversary week and for day 4, we’re talking all about our intimate Vegas style reception from our May 2025 wedding🎲

After our ceremony at Nelson Ghost Town, we kept things intimate with our closest people, leaned fully into the vintage Vegas energy, and honestly just focused on celebrating instead of stressing over traditions. The whole night felt like one big adventure filled with laughter, fun, and the kind of memories you wish you could relive over and over again!

And then to end the night? We headed to Fremont Street for photos and our guests to enjoy the night out, it felt straight out of a movie. Some of our favorite wedding photos came from running around Fremont together as newlyweds, completely in the moment and soaking it all in 💫

It’s our wedding anniversary week and for day 3, we’re talking about our ceremony location from our May 2025 wedding💍

We got married at Nelson Ghost Town just outside of Las Vegas, Nevada, and the second we saw the old chapel, we knew it was the one!

There was something so magical about saying our vows in the middle of the desert, surrounded by vintage charm, weathered wood, and all the wild Vegas energy that made our wedding feel completely us. It felt intimate, unique, a little unconventional, and honestly like stepping into another world for the day🏜️

The chapel itself was small, cozy, and full of character, which made every moment feel even more emotional standing up there together. And the contrast of the old western ghost town with all of our bright spring wedding colors? Absolute perfection🤍

It’s our wedding anniversary week and for day 2, we’re talking all about the attire of our May 2025 wedding

We wanted our wedding to feel bright, personal, and full of spring energy, so we completely leaned into color. Our guests wore shades of green as a neutral base. Our parents wore blue as our something blue. Then our bridal party brought the fun with pink, orange, and purple!

And honestly? Seeing all of those colors come together in the Las Vegas desert was even more magical than I imagined 🌵

Planning a colorful spring wedding was one of my favorite parts of the process, and it made the entire day feel so personal to us. If you’re thinking about ditching traditional wedding colors and doing something bold, this is your sign 💍

It’s our wedding week and I thought what better way to celebrate than talk about what we did for our May 2025 wedding!

For those who don’t know, we got married in Las Vegas, Nevada! It was absolutely amazing! I am still in awe of our big day and am so thankful for everyone who made it become reality! This was a whirlwind to plan, but truly the most magical few days of my life🥹

& just like that we’re back to traveling again🥹

The last few years our focus was on buying our first home, getting married, starting a business and building the foundation of, The Beattys. That meant that travel was put to the wayside.

Now that we have most of that checklist complete, we can finally hit the road again. Seeing the US even if it means a few rainy days in a summerside town.

Bemus Point was the perfect, most unexpected trip to get us back in. What was meant to be a golf trip where we enjoy the sun and lake side living. Turned into a rainy, calm and reset week that we needed it.
