Now that everyone has made it home safely and had a day to recover, we just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.
This weekend was a great reminder of what makes ACHF so special. It isn’t just the workshops, the pageant, or the competition. It’s the people.
Thank you to every workshop instructor who shared your knowledge, encouraged dancers, and never hesitated to jump in wherever you were needed.
Thank you to our directors, dancers, and parents for being ready to go every time your name was called. Everyone worked together, stayed on schedule, and kept things moving all day. You all absolutely made it happen and because of that, we finished earlier than expected!
To our pageant contestants, thank you for hanging in there through rehearsals and competition. Your personalities, confidence, and sportsmanship made the pageant such a fun part of the weekend.
And to our staff and volunteers… we see you.
We see the trucks and vans being unloaded. The countless trips carrying boxes. The marley floor being rolled out, cleaned, taped, cleaned again, and packed away. The registration tables. The backstage crew. The sound table. The awards. The last-minute problem solving. The late-night teardown when everyone else has gone home.
Weekends like this truly take a village, and our village showed up. Time and time again, when something needed to be done, someone stepped in without being asked. Whether it was carrying equipment, helping move props, running errands, answering questions, or simply being an extra set of hands, people were always willing to help. That kind of teamwork can’t be planned, it comes from people who genuinely care about one another and about this organization.
Every single person played a part this weekend, and every single part mattered.
We’re proud of what we accomplished TOGETHER, but even more proud of the ACHF community. Thank you for showing up, pitching in, encouraging one another, and making ACHF Extreme 2026 a weekend we’ll remember for a long time.
