Mortgage Lenders Association of Greater Hilton Head Island To encourage among its members sound business practices and methods, to inform members of changing legislation and to sponsor educational meetings.

The purpose of the MLAHH shall be to preserve and improve the mortgage lending system and to encourage among its members sound business practices and methods in the making, marketing, and servicing of real estate mortgage loans; to inform its members of changes of laws and as to pending legislation affecting the real estate and mortgage businesses; to sponsor educational meetings for the discussio

Thank you from our Board of Directors. Because of your contributions to MAC PAC, the Mortgage Lenders Association of Greater Hilton Head Island was awarded the 2018 MAC-PAC Cup. This could not have been achieved without the contributions our members made. These funds are used to pay our Lobbyist in South Carolina at the State Legislature, which is an extremely important function to keep laws that could be harmful to mortgage lending from being passed. Our Lobbyist and State Banking Commission help the Legislature write laws that would not harm their constituents, lenders and to abide by federal regulations.

Thank you to all for your contributions! You all should be very proud and your Board of Directors certainly is.
