We are on the 3rd Floor, so you don’t have to wait for elevators, All Hardwoods or Tile Floors, All TV Channels, Full Sports Package, Music Package, HBO and 3 HDTV’s when you just want to watch a game or veg out on our Super Clean Couches... We have Brand New 52in Ceiling Fans in the Living Room and both Bedrooms... Our 3 Beds (1 King & 2 Queen) are all Tempur-pedic memory foam beds with remote adjustable head riser bed frames, and we have a Pullout Queen Memory Foam Bed inside the Entertainment Center, under the Living Room TV. Finally we have a Full Washer and Dryer to clean your beach towels or clothes, if you choose to do laundry. 2 Pools and a Full Service Tiki Bar!

Incredible Beach Resort with Great Security and awesome Resort Employees PLUS it’s Super Close to all the Best Restaurants with little traffic on our street.

Next at this property, we will Add a Screened in Front Deck, Demo the back deck, then add on a 20x10 uncovered Deck to connect the front and side deck to the back deck.

In addition we will add between 5 to 10 truck loads of dirt to the back and side yard, then bury the gutters pipes and storm water water basins and add a Firepit area in the backyard - Then finally, we will add a 8ft Privacy Fence in the backyard.

Once we are done, it will be absolutely perfect for summertime fun!!!

We do General Contracting & Landscaping.
