CapeTown, SA. AKA "the Mother City"

i have been driving myself crazy obsessing about EVERYTHING (Virgo girl) — I have actually been chasing EVERYTHING. The fact is I don't REALLY want it all .... and sometimes I don't know what I want AT ALL.

This intercontinental trip was an extremely incredible opportunity. Capetown South Africa is a place of incredible influence, beauty, full of wisdom - kindly teaching - and an incredible gift. It is a place of different cultures. It is modern but carries proud history which is certainly reflected in the architecture, food, music and especially the people.

This trip marks what I hope is the beginning of an incredible self journey, a renewal of faith a path living a more abundant life — a life full of joy, happiness, love and freedom — a life filled with MORE purpose. A life filled with more “doing it”.

The look of a WOMAN.. a mother, a nurse, a daughter, a wife, a lost little girl trying to WOMAN to my best ability everyday.

Plaques with Panic attacks that I am not doing it well, pain from the tumor in my foot, the herniated disc in my back, the migraine attacks crucify my head, hungry but wanting to be in my best shape and look my best, tired from the countless hours of working as a NURSE, aging as the years go by ....
.. most days I feel like I look in this picture ... alone, tired, defeated, exhausted, sad... exhausted ... but would I really showcase that ... here ... 🥴

today especially I recognize all WOMAN ... doing this WOMANinG thing ... I see you ... you are AMAZING..

We are AMAZinGly and WONDERFULLY made ... I pray blessings over all my loved ones and friends. I pray for strength and comfort and peace and mindful rest. I pray all of our dreams and desires are fulfilled especially to the two young woman I created & ...
