Lots of talk on FRTs (Forced Reset Triggers) of late and they aren't legal everywhere so be mindful. They all essentially do the same thing but with slightly different methods. In the case of the Flow Fire Defense "LS" it is a drop in part that engages with your trigger. Also of note, it fits in the compartment of a magpul ACS stock. Test gun was a Zev lower with Geissele LPK and SSA trigger and a FNH upper.
Note that they do recommend an H3 buffer and I mis-spoke at one point in the video.

Some differences in the Smith & Wesson Inc. model 36. We have a 36 no dash and a brand new 36-11. Yes the -11 is round butt and no dash a square. The fit of the grips is wildly different. The checkering on the latch and hammer are noticeably different. The different sized sideplate screws are obvious. The manufacturing of the trigger and hammer is obviously different. Front sight is another small change. The cut of the rear sight and top strap are also fairly obvious. Which one would you choose?

We took out a HUGE chunk of the over travel on the reset during the trigger job on this FN FNX 45 Tactical. Unfortunately we didn't think to get a before video.
