An update to all you beautiful, mighty mamas!
We are PREGNANT! 🤰🏻 And for those who have been following along, it hasn’t been an easy road. At 11 weeks of this pregnancy, I was diagnosed with a large subchorionic hematoma which led to a lot of bleeding and unknowns. But today at 22 weeks pregnant, our baby BOY 🩵 is strong and growing beautifully.
The hematoma is not resolving so baby and I are enjoying long walks and relaxing! Our current circumstance limits my ability to exercise or lift anything heavy - so I’m taking that as God telling me to just BE in this pregnancy.
With that being said, we will no longer be offering Stroller Strong, Small Groups, Personal Training or Sweat & Sips at this time. Our Virtual Bootcamp will run through June, and for those who are in it at that time will continue to have access to all the workouts for free. We will not hold a Mighty Mama Retreat this fall and not hold any Park Workouts this summer.
I’ve wrestled with this, ladies. But I feel a deep pull to be a mom, a homemaker, an active member in our church and just love this baby. I know in my heart I’m not done with Mighty Mama - in some capacity, we will be back! But for now, I’m going to be MAMA who is mighty in Christ’s strength, peace and joy 🙏🏻 Love you all and thank you for the continuous support and love through it all 💕
