🦫Beaver Tracks
While hiking at a nature park out of town, I came across something I’ve never seen before — beaver tracks in the snow. 🐾❄️

You could clearly see the little paw prints… and right between them, the smooth drag marks from the beaver’s tail. Even more amazing, you could follow the tracks straight across the frozen ice toward a small island in the middle of the pond. And there it was — a real beaver dam.

What made it extra special is that my Airbnb is in Beavercreek, and I’m always looking for ways to decorate and share the “beaver” story in fun, meaningful ways. To actually see their work up close — the pond, the island, and those perfect tracks leading the way — felt like the best kind of inspiration.

Nature has a way of surprising you when you slow down enough to notice. 🌿✨

🦫New Dining Room Light✨
One of the most frequent suggestions from our guests last year was adding a light over the dining room table — and we’re happy to say it’s now complete.

The new fixture brings warmth, function, and an inviting glow to the space, making it even more comfortable for meals, conversation, and gathering together.
