The crystal-clear waters are ideal for cooling off, and the park is well-maintained with picnic areas, restrooms, and even a boardwalk that offers peaceful views of the Suwannee River.

As a bonus, there’s a charming little gift shop and snack stand, perfect for a quick treat or souvenir.

💡 Pro tip: We love grabbing lunch from Chompers right across the street and enjoying a picnic under the shade of the beautiful cypress and oak trees, draped in Spanish moss. It’s a quiet, picture-perfect setting for a relaxing day outdoors.

Our first month at the Suwannee River House Retreat at The Sturgeon House has been completely booked and every single guest has left us a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review. While I’m never shy about asking for a 5-star rating, it’s so reaffirming to know that our guests see the same magic here that we do—the gorgeous sunsets, the sturgeon leaping from the river, peaceful mornings with coffee on the porch, and the forest coming alive at sundown. 🌅🐟🌲

Mark your calendar for the 69th annual Rodeo at the Suwannee River Riding Club in Branford! This is one of the oldest rodeos in Florida. 🤠

They will have TWO nights full of spectacular rodeo events like Bull Riding, Calf Scramble, Barrel Racing, Ranch Bronc Riding, Team Roping, Breakaway Roping, and more.

Admission for adults is $15. Kids ages 8 and under get in for free. The concession stand will be open so bring money because you won’t find a better burger and fries than here and they have the best sweet tea in town!

The action is at 9132 254th Terrace in Branford, FL on September 26th and 27th.

Known affectionately as the “graffiti bridge”, the Suwannee Springs Bridge has become a favorite backdrop for photos of all kinds - from senior portraits and prom pictures, to graduation and engagement photos. 📸

This historic bridge offers more than just a colorful canvas. 🎨 Step across and you’ll find yourself on the Florida Trail, and just around the corner is Suwannee Springs - one of the first tourist destinations in Florida.
