Hey Grand Lakers we have done several ungroundings in the last few weeks due to lake levels. Some of these folks were 30+ year Grand Lake peeps. It happens to anyone and I always tell guys that help us to give yourself plenty of water or room when running around the lake.
Give yourself a wide berth is another way of saying give yourself plenty of room around possible shallow areas.
Our members are covered for "soft ungrounding" which is an Insurance term meaning you got stuck in too shallow of water and had to be pulled out with a different vessel. Soft ungrounding means there was water all the way around your vessel as well. Hard ungroundings mean you left the water and it may require special equipment to get the vessel back into the water.
Hard ungroundings are not covered under membership. If you have any questions whatsoever please feel free to call me or text the word membership to 918 782-8600...

Have a great rest of your week and we have plenty of amazing boating weather left get out and enjoy it

Attention Grand Lake boaters! ⚓️
We are taking two weeks off this November, so our winterization schedule is extremely limited this fall. Don’t wait until the first hard freeze to protect your lake toys!

Whether you need dockside service, shop service, or indoor storage, give us a call today so we can get you taken care of before we head out. 918-314-0767
