I am regularly seeing miss-information about whether or not STR's are allowed in Berthoud. Good news is they are! Bad new is, they are difficult to get, but not impossible. Please see the comments below for steps to take when trying to turn your home into a short-term rental.

Hey Berthoud Friends, I wanted to let you know that I moved my listing for my short term rental. Unfortunately, renting it on my own was not proving to be profitable enough to continue the work. I have asked a property management company to come in and run it for me. I have signed a one year contract with Mountain Time rentals, and after this year is up I will let you know what I think of them. In case anyone else is looking to have the help themselves.
