Recent review....

What a wonderful host and wonderful stay! I stayed 3 nights for the Lifest Music City Festival held at Storytellers Farm nearby.

Accommodations, breakfasts, environment, facilities and conversation were just perfect for me. Di is an excellent cook and offers a variety of delicious breakfasts. I am not normally a breakfast eater but made exceptions for my 3 days there and was immensely glad that I did. Everything was "from scratch", including some homemade jams and whipped cream. She is also a caterer.

The pond is large and beautiful and full of fish. Whether or not you like to fish, there is a gorgeous and large deck between the house and the pond looking down the hill to the pond - perfect for relaxing, reading and enjoying nature. There are thoughtful "extras" and nice touches throughout the house and in the private rooms that are appreciated - everything seems to "hang together" in a nice theme. Comfortable bed and very nice high-quality linens.

No complaints, and I strongly encourage the reader of this review to stay here the next time you want to relax in the country in this area.
