Price includes all utilities, bedding, towel, and washcloth, free laundry, consumables such as toilet paper and paper towels, and TV with Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Netflix, etc. Crashpad is cleaned every week. There is also a

large western-facing deck that is sunny in the afternoons with hammocks, outdoor eating area, and view of Boston skyline.
