Our property is located in Bridgewater Corners, just a short distance off Route 4. The access road is close to 100a/Route 4. The property is conveniently located only 15 minutes to Killington's Skyship Lodge and 20 minutes to the access road, 25 minutes to Pico Mountain and 30 minutes to Ludlow / Okemo Mountain.
Situated on over 10 acres, the property offers plenty of outdoor space to explore and enjoy. The North Branch of the Ottauquechee River runs through the property, with waterfalls, swimming holes, a fishing pond, and hiking trails to enjoy during the warmer months.
In the winter, you’ll find snowmobile trails, sledding hills, room to hike, and plenty of space for building snowmen or simply enjoying the snow.
The house features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps six (in beds), with space to accommodate 2 additional guests using air mattresses or the couch.
We’re also dog-friendly and do not require a pet deposit.
