When we opened up our farmhouse Airbnb, my mom insisted we include a guest book.

I am so glad I listened to her! 🥰

We hosted our very first guests on the property this past weekend, and reading the beautiful words they left behind literally had me crying happy tears.

Meet Smokey,
Our handsome black and white ram! 🐏 🖤🤍

We raised Smokey from birth, bottle-feeding him until he was 3 months old. He grew up to be a massive favorite in our mobile petting zoo!

While he still holds a special place in our hearts, Smokey is a fully grown ram now. He lives in his own pen with a friend, so he's never lonely. Visitors cannot go inside his pen area. As much as we love him, he likes to live up to his title and sometimes RAM visitors! 🐏❌ 🫣

Smokey is already a dad, but he's only been paired with one of our ewes in the past. This year, we are expanding his family! During Thanksgiving week, he will be paired with a female. Lord willing, spring time will bring us plenty of gorgeous new lambs! 🐑 😍🌾

Peppa is the "pink" one, and George is... the not-so-pink one! 🤣

These two were bottle fed from the very day they were born until they were about 6 to 8 weeks old, so they hold a massive piece of my heart. 🍼❤️

A few fun facts about our favorite duo:

🥬🎃 They are obsessed with lettuce and pumpkins!

👋 If you rub the side of their bellies, they go into a complete daze, flop right over to their side, and let you give them all the belly rubs.

💋 They love to come running when they're called—I just make kissy noises and here they come charging!
