It's been toooooo long. I miss you, New York!! I'm in Brooklyn this weekend for a good friend of mine's wedding. I'm taking a little time to do some research for the business too, hitting up some old bagel spots that I haven't been to in years.

We are closed this coming weekend (Oct 5th and 6th). I have some, uhhhh, pressing personal matters to attend to.

Making our brand-spanking-new ETR sausage for this Saturday! that's a mix of chicken, pork shoulder and pork belly with bay leaves, thyme, sage, pea greens, garlic chives and our own fermented chili flakes.
I've been thinking about this recipe for a long time, and I didn't know how it was going to turn out, but I'm super happy with it. It still needs a little work, but it's got legs.

We served these beautiful heirloom melons from Toscano Family Farm this week after Bagels and Lox Brunch. I knew I wouldn't be able to keep them straight so I had Javier tell me their names on video. They were all SOOOO delicious!
