More bagels!!! My friends AJ and Heather got married yesterday and and these wonderful bagels and lox catered from Shelskies. Definitely the best salmon I've had in the city so far. @ Brooklyn, New York

Such a pleasure to have an opportunity to revisit some of the old Masters frim my neighborhood. This is the place that made me want to start learning to make bagels myself. Still the best. @ The Bagel Hole Inc

It's been toooooo long. I miss you, New York!! I'm in Brooklyn this weekend for a good friend of mine's wedding. I'm taking a little time to do some research for the business too, hitting up some old bagel spots that I haven't been to in years.

Another project I've been wanting to do for ages and ages. Home smoked espelette peppers. Peppers are supplied by toscano family farm.

Making our brand-spanking-new ETR sausage for this Saturday! that's a mix of chicken, pork shoulder and pork belly with bay leaves, thyme, sage, pea greens, garlic chives and our own fermented chili flakes.
I've been thinking about this recipe for a long time, and I didn't know how it was going to turn out, but I'm super happy with it. It still needs a little work, but it's got legs.

We make little tweaks to our beignet recipe every week trying to nail it down. .melanie apparently thinks we're "trying to cure cancer". So..... Is anybody, like, feeling better??

We served these beautiful heirloom melons from Toscano Family Farm this week after Bagels and Lox Brunch. I knew I wouldn't be able to keep them straight so I had Javier tell me their names on video. They were all SOOOO delicious!
