Just an update to the Fossick schedule. After a discussion yesterday, and considering feedback from Vendors and Attendees alike the last couple of years, we have made a change to Saturday's schedule. Please make note of these adjustments:

12:00PM – Potluck Lunch. Please bring a dish to share. Plan on about 60-70 people at the potluck.

1:00PM – 30 Min Early Start on Treasure Hunt Puzzle for those who did early buy in.

1:30PM – Treasure Hunt Puzzles distributed to those who did not do early buy in for treasure hunt. Once you complete your puzzle, follow the directions on your puzzle to continue the hunt!

6:00PM - Live Auction. Please feel free to bring items for the auction to the main pavilion during the day. This will be a short auction.

6:30PM - Raffles - All vendors bring your raffles to the main pavilion for raffle time.

Vendors have asked to have us move our drawings to the end of the day (like we do at Gold Rush) so they can participate in the days events as well. We are making the change for this year. The event pages have been updated as well.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the meeting today. Turned out to be a very nice day. Following the meeting, we were able to shoot some videos and still photos for a How-To video for Tony Ledford BSA MIS page we are putting together. We hope to have that online soon!

Hey gang. It was brought to my attention that I used the old numbers, not the newer sequence of numbers since we removed the old Site #2 and reduced the number of sites from 24-23. I have renumbered the lineup to the correct way and have changed out the correct site list for vendors. Be sure to check it out.

We are getting ready to go Live for the 2026 Fossick Vendor Row Drawing! The results and drawing video will be posted below in this thread when available. Reminder:

1.) You can switch with another vendor if you do not want your spot. However, you must directly work with them to make that switch. We will not be a mediator in this process. If both parties agree and you do switch with someone, please let us know so we can update our master list.

2.) With no shows in the past for vendor row, the organizers have made a slight rule change. Any no shows without a 1wk prior notice will be put on a wait list on future draws for vendor row. Vendor row filled up very quickly this year, and we want to be able to offer you the best show we can. Having holes and non-vendors camping in vendor row does not offer that. We do understand emergencies happen, and we will look at those on a one by one basis.

2026 Fossick Vendor Registration is LIVE! If you plan to vend on vendor row at Fossick this year, be sure to fill out the form below so you can be added to the list. This year will once again be a random draw, with out of state vendors setup closest to the pavilion and out. Registration will remain open until May 1, or until it fills. We will then do the random drawing and post the results following.
