🏡HANDYMAN / PROPERTY CARETAKER WANTED
📍 Cadiz / Eddyville, KY

We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy retired handyman or property caretaker to help look after our short-term rental properties in the Cadiz/Eddyville area.

This is a flexible, part-time, on-call position — perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and taking pride in keeping a property looking great.

What we need help with:
🔧 General handyman work and finishing small projects
🛁 Hot tub / pool maintenance and upkeep
🔥 Fire pit and outdoor area maintenance
🪑 Care and upkeep of outdoor furniture
🛶 Keeping kayaks and outdoor amenities clean and organized
🧹 Cleaning and maintaining the exterior of the home
🌿 General outdoor/property upkeep
👀 Checking on the property between guests and letting us know if anything needs attention
🏡 Helping keep the property guest-ready and looking its best

We are not looking for a full-time employee. We’re looking for someone dependable who can be our go-to person for the property when something needs attention.

The ideal person is:
✔️ Retired or semi-retired
✔️ A jack-of-all-trades / handyman
✔️ Reliable and trustworthy
✔️ Comfortable working independently
✔️ Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
✔️ Familiar with hot tub and basic property maintenance
✔️ Located in or near the Cadiz/Eddyville area

Pay will be based on experience and the work being done.
