The RV Park is about 1/4 mile from the Caryville Boat Ramp on the Choctawhatchee River, where a state record Blue Catfish was caught
on May 30, 2015, weighing 69.5 pounds, lots of other good fishing too. Primitive recreation area where legal hunting is allowed when in season. A great place to relax and enjoy life. Hot deli in both convenience stores; they also sell bait, tackle, nonethanol gas, diesel, along the usual sundries. The Town also has a dollar store, restaurant and roadhouse. Community Center also available to rent for family reunions, weddings, birthdays, etc. Hodges Park is an easy walk with playground, covered picnic tables, hoops and ball field. Honor system on weekends, secure drop box by the front door of Town Hall, after hours phone numbers are on the front door of Town Hall if you have a problem. Normal business hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and Noon - 4:00 p.m. if you need to pay with a card or want a receipt or just need more information.
