Congrats Kai!! Kai caught his first trout this weekend on a fly rod!! Rumor on the street was he was using a Cream mop with a 3mm Tungsten bead!! Way to go buddy!

Trout tip #2 - Paying attention to your fly's sink rate can improve your catch rate! If the fish are sitting and feeding high in the water column, you'll want to fish a fly with a slower sink rate. If the fish seem to be hugging the bottom or you're fishing faster water, you may want something that sinks faster to get down to the trout quicker!
