Upstairs only nightly rates average $300.00 per night. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen (sleeps 5-6)

Entire cottage nightly rates average $500.00 per night. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens (sleeps 8-10).

Rates higher on some holidays/holiday weekends.
