As the season comes to an end, I just wanted to take a moment and thank everyone that helped make this year a great success!
I have taken over the full land management of a number of properties between Iowa City and Cedar Rapids, while still doing many other projects for folks on an as-needed basis.
I will be pivoting towards the Fall prairie-burning season over the next couple of weeks, so I wanted to share a few photos from recent projects before things get too chaotic🔥

The understory of this timberstand was being invaded with honeysuckle which was choking out all of the desirable herbaceous plants.
The site is now ready for a growing season of w**d management then we will be planting a savanna wildflower mix!
