The airport is only 12 miles from the property, Triple Play Park is 4.4 miles, Prospect Meadows is 14 miles for traveling baseball families; Kernels Stadium and Alliant Energy Power House are less than 4 miles and Kinnick Stadium (Home of the Hawkeyes) is 21 miles. Bike and walking trails are close by at the Sac and Fox Trail, Prairie Park fishery and the Indian Creek Nature Center is just down the road.

Weather permitting: Outdoor activities include; hot tub, shooting hoops, playing corn hole, grilling or roasting s'mores over the fire pit. Animal enthusiasts will love the wildlife all around the property; and visiting the neighboring barnyard animals across the driveway! You’ll even see and hear passing trains below!!
WiFi and cell service can be spotty in our area. This is truly a place to relax, unplug and connect with friends.
Cameras provide additional security, and parking is conveniently available on the driveway. (No garage parking)
