Sol-Via Modern Arts Center is a 21st century model for community engagement through instruction, practice, performance, and professional development in the areas of Music, Theatre, Dance, and Visual Arts in a setting that is comfortable, modern, and inviting. By bringing multiple facets of arts education into one central hub, Sol-Via Modern Arts Center will become the new standard for a community

that creates and innovates together. Current programming includes Professional Development for Educators and Businesses, After School Programs for students, and arts workshops for adults and children. The 25,000+sf proposed flagship location will be a part of the Glendale Riverwalk with future expansion to other markets around the country. SVMA is pleased to announce SlaterPaull for the flagship architectural team and GE Johnson as the general contractor. SVMA is completing its capital raise at this time and is represented by Steve Farber and Chris Reiss of Brownstein/Hyatt/Farber/Schreck.
