We provide quality equipment at reasonable prices, with personal attention to detail that is second to none. Party Reflections is the event rental partner for numerous festivals, galas, grand openings, weddings, graduations, corporate events and golf tournaments. We are your one-stop rental headquarters for all of your special event rental needs. Our inventory includes tents with custom fabric draping, lighting, and lounge furniture as well as staples such as linens, tables, chairs and china.

Not your average dinner table. 🥂🤎

Between the sweeping patterns of the linens, dramatic fabric overhead and a seemingly endless stretch of candlelight, this reception had no shortage of personality. Black chairs, sculptural centerpieces and florals in shades of ch*****ne, blush and burgundy added to the scene, while every fold and curve brought a little more movement to the room.

Moody, botanical and full of jewel-toned detail.

Rich burgundy, deep green, soft blue and candlelight came together in a way that felt lush. Every detail added something different to the table, from the pattern play to the warm metallic touches and garden-inspired textures.

🤍 A sailcloth tent
A sailcloth tent does more than provide coverage. It creates the entire atmosphere. With its soft peaks, natural light and clean silhouette, it gives an outdoor event structure while still keeping everything airy, open and elevated.

🪩 Custom flooring
The floor is the foundation of the event, literally. Whether you are protecting grass, leveling an uneven space or creating a more polished flow between ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, custom flooring can make a tented event feel intentional from the ground up.

✨ Extra linens
Linens are one of the easiest places to add texture, movement and personality. Beyond the tabletops, they can be used for draping, accent tables, soft layers and small design moments that make the space feel more finished.

Glowing tones of fiery orange, golden yellow, soft pink and cream brought warmth to every corner of this ceremony setup. Paired with crisp white seating and woven floral accents, the whole space felt bright, cheerful and beautifully easy to take in.
