Bedroom 1 with bunk beds, top bed single size, bottom bed full size, lamps with USB ports and black out curtains.
Bedroom 2 with queen bed with comfortable cool gel 3 inch foam topper, lamps with USB ports and black out curtains.
Bedroom 3 with 2 queen beds with comfortable cool gel 3 inch foam topper dresser, lamps with USB ports and black out curtains.
Full bathroom in hallway upstairs and 1/2 bathroom downstairs.
Filtered water in kitchen. 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, fully stocked kitchen, large covered porch and large deck. Books and board games in living room. Guest will have access to our movie collection through Plex app or you can sign on onto your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and other popular smart TV apps using your account. 55" smart TV in 1 living room.

Blue Lynx light rail line provides transportation around the city, including uptown, North Davidson (NoDa) area, South Charlotte, and UNCC. RULES THAT YOU AGREE TO WITH RESERVATION
*Check-out time: 11 AM
*NO PETS
*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
*NO EXTRA guests without prior approval.
*NO SMOKING inside the home or on the premises.
*Guests will allow owner and/or owner's representatives on property to fix or remedy issues.
*3rd party reservations are ground for immediate cancellation with no refund.
*If you live in Charlotte or within 2 hours of Charlotte, you must have prior approval before booking. Host will need reason for your stay.
*Must be at least 23 years old to make a reservation.
*Guests wave 10 day notice as per NCGS 42-3 (if guests do not leave on the check-out date, the landlord has the right to repossess the property).
*Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
*Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 PM until 8 AM.
*Extra cleaning during your stay is a payable service that will need to be requested.
*Guests will have access to the entire house, except for host's closets and garage.
*Use black make-up towels to remove make-up to prevent permanent staining of white towels.
*This is our home, so please respect it and take care of it.
*If there are any damages when you arrive or during your stay, let me know immediately. I live close by, so if time allows, I will stop by to meet you.
*Pace trash in black bin located on the right side of the house as you exit through the deck.
*Green bin is for recycling.
*Trash and recycling pick up is on Monday.
*Take trash bin and recycling bin to the street on Sunday evening.
*Take bins up to the side of the house after pick-up on Monday or the city will fine us.
BEFORE DEPARTURE
* Please put one load of white towels in the washing machine with soap and bleach. Start a normal cycle (this will help us ensure a timely cleaning for the next guests.)
*Place all used towels in bin labeled dirty laundry.
*Take used pillowcases, sheets and fitted sheets off used beds and place in bin labeled dirty laundry. Do not take off mattress cover or pillow covers.
*Put items back to their original place.
*Make sure what you use (dishes, pots, pans, etc.) are clean before putting them back.
*Wash dishes that you use. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start washing on your last day.
*Take out all trash and put black bin located on the right side of the house as you exit through the deck.
*Tidy up before departure.
*Extra cleaning fee will be applied if excessive cleaning is needed.
