The best six weeks of the year are coming. ☀️🌊

Around here, we call it Second Summer — warm days, cooler nights, uncrowded beaches and Chatham settling into a slower rhythm.

September into October might just be Cape Cod showing off. And yes, you can absolutely still go to the beach. 😉

From a Roomba to Wedgwood, suede to Scrooge, vintage glass, curious creatures and a few things we’re not even sure how to categorize.

Over the past several months, Jenna has been collecting vintage and antique glass pieces for the bridesmaid bouquets — EAPG, crystal, different patterns, different eras, all found one by one.

Part of the idea was simple: make this detail beautiful, personal and a little more sustainable by choosing pieces that already had a life before this wedding.
And there’s a Cape Cod connection I especially love: Sandwich, Paxton’s hometown, is synonymous with historic glassmaking. Somehow a collection of old glass feels exactly right for their wedding.

This is also the kind of treasure hunting I love about the Cape and share here at Oh Buoy, Oh Buoy — thrift shops, antique shops and those completely unplanned finds you never would have thought to look for.

Nothing matches.

That’s the point. ❤️

Free family movies at the Orpheum — because sometimes the best vacation memories are the simplest ones. 🎬🍿
Rainy day, tired-from-the-beach day, or just in the mood for popcorn in one of the sweetest little theaters around… add this one to your Chatham list.

Now it’s official: Chatham is a finalist for Hallmark’s Merriest Christmas Town!
Twinkling Main Street, the Christmas Stroll, festive shops, cozy restaurants, beautiful inns, and just enough small-town magic to make you wonder if a predictable plot twist is about to happen. 😉

We’re already booked for this holiday season, but if a Chatham Christmas has been on your list, come stay with us next year.
