Another good video from Joseph Saunders! Since it wasn’t tagged, would be remiss if we didn’t share it to the official page and add thanks and accolades to Greater Auburn-Gresham Development Corp for fundraising and producing the festival and making it run like a well oiled machine, with a host of community residents and partners! 🙌🏾 ☮️

Check it out, In her own words!

Thank you Lalah Hathaway for putting on an incredible performance. Your Chicago roots (47th Street 🎶) made headlining the 21st Annual 79th Street Renaissance Festival, September 12th, 2026 incredibly special.

We loved to see you continue the legacy of your dad, Donny Hathaway, right here in Auburn Gresham, on 79th Street. You were definitely a stunning 5-time Grammy award winning Greater Auburn-Gresham Development Corp “Angel” of Chicago! 🧡💚!
