If you're boring, they tune out. If you're preachy, they resent you. If you're infrequent they forget. One of the most efficient ways to mitigate risk is to integrate and embed short, entertaining commercials into the fabric of the organization that advertise:
1) The importance of the issue;
2) Where to go for help and information;
3) Encouragement to speak up to ask questions and report concerns.
Make it easy. Show up where they are. Drive traffic back to your policies and resources. Don't just train...advertise your help and support. L&E can help!
