Some properties earn a Guest Favorite badge almost by accident. Landing in the top 5% takes a strategy that thinks through every detail.

This Texas Hill Country retreat sleeps 16 across six bedrooms and feels intentional in every corner. The coffee bar alone covers a Keurig, two drip machines, a French press and a full tea selection, which sounds like overkill until you're hosting sixteen different coffee orders every morning.

It's a good example of a principle we talk about often. Design isn't decoration. It's a marketing tool that shapes guest experience and functionality, and it's the difference between a property making some money and a property performing at the top of its market.

➡️Swipe through for three amenities that cost less than a nice dinner out and quietly do more for your review score than most renovations ever will.

None of this replaces good design or solid operations. It's the layer on top of both. The kind of detail that turns a star stay into a five-star one and a one-time guest into a repeat booking🗝️

We thought “30A” was a route… turns out it’s a whole stretch of beach towns in Florida people quietly fall in love with. And this stay is exactly why. 🌊

One of my favorite details: the statement lamp over the dining table was a Marketplace find, but the kind only a pro recognizes as a steal. This home is special because it was furnished as a family project, filled with a lot of love and the guest experience in mind… and yes, her husband built those custom bunk beds. It was designed intentionally and everything works together, not like a bunch of random finds thrown together.

The stay: a family-friendly townhome just steps from Deer Lake State Park, with quick drives to Alys Beach and Seaside.

Venezuela is still rebuilding after the June 2026 earthquakes.
