One of our favorite things at the lake house is this home control kiosk. It provides smart home integration for everything from the TVs, to the thermostats, to the string lights in the yard. It's a fully functioning kiosk, meaning it's always on and always in kiosk mode, so guests don't have to wonder about how to connect to the wifi or what the weather will be like.

The lake is so low lately that all our favorite brush piles are ten feet above the water. When the water's low, though, it just means all the fish are closer together. The fishing is great this time of year in Lake Hartwell, even standing on the shore.
