Matrix Hotels is proud to announce that the TownePlace Suites by Marriott project is officially under construction!

This new property will bring a modern extended-stay experience to the Queensbury/Lake George market, designed for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, flexibility, and modern amenities during longer stays. The project also marks an exciting milestone as Matrix Hotels’ first Marriott-branded property.

Located adjacent to the expanding Home2 Suites by Hilton Queensbury/Lake George, this development represents our continued investment and long-term vision for the region.

Congratulations to Mitesh Patel on his new role as Director of Asset Management & Capital Projects. Mitesh has played a key role across operations, renovations, marketing, and capital planning, and will continue leading strategic initiatives across Matrix Hotels.

We’re also excited to announce that Jay Frohnhoefer has transitioned from Director of Sales at Homewood Suites by Hilton Schenectady to join the Matrix Hotels Central Office team as Director of Sales & Revenue. Jay has built a strong reputation for driving revenue growth and fostering meaningful client relationships across competitive markets.
