Our hotel refresh and expansion are officially complete! 🎉

Home2 Suites by Hilton Queensbury - Lake George now features updates to all 92 existing guest rooms, public spaces, and 16 newly constructed rooms, bringing the hotel to a total of 108 rooms.

We look forward to welcoming guests to the refreshed and expanded hotel as they stay, relax, and explore the Lake George region.

Construction is taking shape at TownePlace Suites Queensbury!

First-floor framing is well underway, structural steel is in place, and the building is officially rising from the ground. This 111-room hotel will mark Matrix Hotels’ first Marriott property and another exciting addition to the Queensbury and Lake George area.

Big things are happening in Warren County. 🚧

Matrix Hotels is proud to announce that the TownePlace Suites by Marriott project is officially under construction!

This new property will bring a modern extended-stay experience to the Queensbury/Lake George market, designed for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, flexibility, and modern amenities during longer stays. The project also marks an exciting milestone as Matrix Hotels’ first Marriott-branded property.

Located adjacent to the expanding Home2 Suites by Hilton Queensbury/Lake George, this development represents our continued investment and long-term vision for the region.

We look forward to sharing more updates as the project progresses.

We’re also excited to announce that Jay Frohnhoefer has transitioned from Director of Sales at Homewood Suites by Hilton Schenectady to join the Matrix Hotels Central Office team as Director of Sales & Revenue. Jay has built a strong reputation for driving revenue growth and fostering meaningful client relationships across competitive markets.
