We get calls every week from people who are in desperate need of a furnished apartment for same-day move-in.

Here are 3 questions you should always ask before renting a furnished apartment:

Question #1: Can you show me recent photos of the exact apartment, exactly the way it will look when I arrive?

Many corporate housing companies provide "example" photos that don't end up looking anything like your apartment. Or worse, your reservation gets cancelled last minute because the apartment didn’t even exist and the company realized they have nothing available (seriously - this happens).
