Southern Charm - Luxury in the Smokies is moving property managers to Elk Springs Resort starting January of 2023. Property will now also be hosting smal wedding ceremonies with tables, chairs, an arbor, etc. to be provided.

Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas from Southern Charm in the Smokies! 2021 was our first year and we loved meeting new friends at our property. We hope everyone enjoyed it!

Southern Charm is a 7000swf+ eight bedroom eight bath that can sleep 30. It is located on 15 private acres with private electric security gate. There are amazing Mountain views of the Smokies in all directions.

Here are some of the key amenities of the property:

1. Year round all season heated pool.
2. A Real Arcade with UV Lights and modern games kids and adults will love!
3. Giant sauna able to seat over ten people

New 8 bedroom/8 bath - sleeps 30 people with parking for up to 10 vehicles. The property willl be available for nightly rental in May. Southern Charm is 6,000 SQF of luxury in the Smokey Mountains.

Southern Charm is located in Cosby on 15 private acres of land with beautiful new white vinyl farm fencing which has beautiful views of the smokies on all sides, has no Pigeon Forge or Gatlingburg traffic/crowds - but is an easy 20-30 traffic-free minute drive to your favorite attractions in Gatlingburg or Pigeon Forge. There are entrances to the Smokies less than 5 minutes away, and the areas best whitewater rafting is less than 15 minutes away.

Across the street is Carvers Apple Orchard - a famous location for Southern Comfort Food, candy, etc.

Southern Charm is currently under renovation with too many improvements to list all of them! Some include:

1. Full size outdoor pool with covered enclosure that can open or close based on weather for year round comfortable usage.
2. Futuristic Arcade room with custom UV lighting and Video Game themed UV art on walls. Arcade room will have modern high end “real arcade” games. No multi-cade with games from the 80s here!
3. One of the 8 bedroom suites has its own living room is entirely handicap accessible!
