A Reimagined Stay in Cincinnati

Our hotel is within walking distance to Paul Brown Stadium (home of the Bengals) and Great American Ballpark (home of the Reds) and connected to the Northern Kentucky Convention Center which makes us perfect for business or leisure. Just a short walk across the river is Cincinnati’s most exciting dining and entertainment venue, The Banks. We look forward to having you visit.

I really appreciate the staff at his
Hotel everyone is very nice and I really like Ieash the works at the front desk.
So beautiful.
Just celebrated my daughters wedding here last night - Was wonderful! the staff, the view, everything...... thank you!
Was going to stay here over President’s Day weekend in February! Called to make reservations and had a terrible experience! The staff and management could not locate the wedding block of rooms, nor were they willing to assist...they told me I had to leave a voicemail for sales! Terrible customer service from Darren and his front desk employee! Booked at the Embassy Suites #freeomlettes
Disappointed with my stay here on 5/31/18. When I went to check in they didn’t have my reservation and couldn’t find it. Once the MOD came up they got me checked in and he offered me an upgrade for my wait (very nice of him and greatly appreciated). When I go into the upgraded room the smell of cologne (or something) would knock you down when entering the door. I dropped my bags on the bed and went to the restroom to notice the toilet was covered in urine and feces and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest was there.
I went back to the front desk and explained it and asked for a different room. I was given a room that was a downgrade from my original reservation. If I wasn’t so tired from being on the road all day I would have went elsewhere.
While the employees were very nice my experience with the accommodations were less than desirable.
This hotel needs to be updated and I would suggest not staying there in the winter since it is as cold inside as it is outside unless you are in your room. This is due to the open atrium that does not hold in heat. It also was taking so long for room service, I can to cancel my order on two separate occasions. My experience was not a good one.
Took this Saturday evening, thought it looked cool, thought I would share
Honor our country or don't expecy me to honor you.
Honor our country!!
Drove 13 hours, 4 pm check in. Its 4:50, room not ready. I would expect more professionalsim from marriot.
We came with no reservations the hotel was fantastic yes they were doing some renovations but you would never have known the staff was amazing the lady that checked us in was fantastic I would recommend this hotel for sure !!!! I value customer service and this exceeded my expectations!!!!!!!
Our experience at the Marriott Rivercenter this past weekend outdid all of my expectations. The staff absolutely went above and beyond on several instances to make sure our stay was nothing short of amazing- they exhibited excellent customer service on different occasions when we needed assistance with our room. We also enjoyed breakfast on the patio the morning we checked out and it was the best I have had in a long time (get the omelet or french toast!) The view was spectacular and at that time of day the patio is shaded so it was a great way to cap off our stay while in town celebrating my birthday. I work in customer service so I'm always pretty aware with places on how their staff treats the customer, and our experience at this hotel from facility, amenities, and the staff was definitely more than what we anticipated. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay and my birthday one that will keep us coming back to stay at the Marriott Rivercenter when we return to Cincinnati!
